| Purpose: | To advise agencies of an enhancement to the VOU065 (Payee List by Agency and Voucher) and a new address for the Internet Payment Information Inquiry.

| VOU065 Enhancement: | The VOU065 (contains all warrants but 'A' and 'P') and VOU065A (contains only 'A' warrants) have been modified to include a check combining indicator column. 'C' in this column indicates the payment has been combined with other payments into one check or ACH transmission. The column will be blank if the payment has not been combined. The remaining information in the reports has not changed.

When accessing the query at: https://www2.osc.state.ny.us/pay or a redirect page will be displayed with a link to the new web address. After several seconds, this page will automatically redirect to the new address. The new address for the Payment Information Inquiry is: https://wwe1.osc.state.ny.us/pay Agencies should bookmark and refer vendors to this new website. Only the website address has changed; the website continues to function as before.
