| SCHEDULE |
The CAS divides each month into four ‘weeks’ resulting in reporting weeks that may be more or less than five business days and may not end on a Friday. The first weeklies for a month may not be produced until the end of the first full week, and the fourth weeklies for the month are not produced until the last business day of the month.
Scheduling Services intends to perform the accounting weekly batch processing upon completion of the daily batch processing on the following days during fiscal year 2012/2013:

On the last business day of the month, a lengthy schedule of daily, weekly, and monthly computer jobs has to run before the monthly reports and datasets can be produced. Because of this, monthly reports and datasets provided to agencies may not be available until two or three days later.
