Bulletin Name:	Accounting Information Center Changes

Purpose:

To provide updated contact information about the Accounting Information Center due to changes in the organization of the Office of the State Comptroller’s former Division of State Financial Services (now the Office of Operations).

As part of a recent reorganization, OSC’s Bureau of Accounting Systems and the Future of the Central Accounting System (FOCAS) Project have been merged into a new Bureau of State Financial Systems. Effective August 23, 2007, the FOCAS Help Desk will take calls for the Accounting Information Center.

All requests for Central Accounting System information, reports or assistance should now be directed to the Help Desk weekdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm either by phone at (518) 408-4672, toll-free at (866) 370-4672 or by e-mail at helpdesk@osc.state.ny.us.
