How are A-Bulletins Distributed?
Links to the A-Bulletins are emailed directly to each agency's designated Finance/Fiscal Officer. It is the responsibility of Finance/Fiscal Officers to ensure that A-Bulletins are distributed to appropriate staff within his/her agency.
If you wish to receive A-Bulletins, please contact your Finance/Fiscal Officer and ask to be placed on his/her mailing list. The subject line for all A-Bulletins when distributed is OSCABulletin.
