Procurement Stewardship Act (BOC 100)
Participants will gain an understanding of the Procurement Stewardship Act (Article 11 of the State Finance Law) and its requirements, including the resulting changes to State Finance Law and procurement guidelines, and the effects of the Procurement Stewardship Act (PSA) on procurements. This class introduces participants to: the goal and principles of the PSA, the types of procurements covered under the PSA, the procurement record documentation requirements that result from the PSA, and the advantages of uniform documentation in the procurement record.
