Travel Guidelines and Responsibilities (BSE 110)
This class provides participants with an overview of New York State travel guidelines, OSC travel policies, and traveler responsibilities. Instructors will provide detailed information about impending updates to the current OSC Travel Manual. Participants will learn key information related to State travel and how to gain control of their agency’s travel costs and transportation needs. Instructors will discuss changes to New York State travel contracts, how to access travel-related information by navigating the Web, and the differences between agency and OSC travel policies. This session is designed for finance office staff that enter/approve travel vouchers and staff that travel.
