Subject New Panel Feature
Purpose To explain a new panel feature to display certain NYS position attributes on the Job Data Panel 
Affected Employees All employees who are serving in a title and position number (for PR-50 positions, trainees, etc.) which is different than the budgeted title and position number
Effective Date July 2, 1999
Panel Information The panel is for view only.

Users who have access to Job Data will have access to this panel. The DETAILS button will only be displayed for employees whose position number and NYS position number are different.

On the Job Data 1 panel, next to NYS position number, a DETAILS button will be displayed.

Click DETAILS button. A panel displaying the NYS position attributes will appear for the effective date on the Job Data row.

To return to the Job Data 1 panel, click the OK or Cancel button.
