Payroll Bulletin No. 113

*Subject*	New PaySR Panels for Archived Paycheck Data
*Purpose*	To provide instructions to access archived PaySR data
*Affected Employees*	All employees, starting with Conversion Group 1, for paychecks dated on or after 7/22/98
*User Access*	PaySR users who have access to Paycheck Data will have view access to the panels in Archival Paycheck Data. Depending on the user's access, the archived paycheck data paths are: Path: Start - Compensate Employees - Maintain Payroll Data U.S. - Inquire. At the bottom of the drop-down menu, select Archival Paycheck Data, Archival Paycheck Summary, or Archival Paycheck Distribution. Path: Start - Compensate Employees - Manage Payroll Process U.S. - Inquire. At the bottom of the drop-down menu, select Archival Paycheck Data or Archival Paycheck Summary. Archival Paycheck Distribution is not available through this path.
*Implementation Schedule*	Starting on 8/23/99, for agencies in Conversion Group 1, archived paycheck data will be available for the paychecks dated 7/22/98. OSC plans to archive PaySR paycheck data over the next few months. PaySR logon messages will be issued as employee paychecks are archived for the agencies in Conversion Groups 1, 2 and 3. The Conversion Schedule for agencies is attached (.pdf). OSC will issue a schedule for routine archiving at a later date.
