*Changes in Search Boxes, List Boxes and Panels*	Position Data 3 panel Information about the current incumbent(s) now includes the NYS Position No., the incumbent’s current Job Title, Grade and Negotiating Unit. Correct information is displayed for underfilled positions. Path: Manage Positions - Use - Position Data Search Box for Positions The Pay Basis Code field has been added to the Search Box for Position Data to simplify the selection of records. Path: Manage Positions - Use - Position Data Job Data - Job Data 3 A field has been added to display the grade of the NYS position. Path: Administer Workforce (U.S.) - Use - Job Data - Job Data 3 Job Data - Employment Data 1 The Business Title displays the current title of the employee in the position. Correct information is displayed for underfilled positions. Path: Administer Workforce (U.S.) - Use - Job Data - Employment Data 1 Job Request Panel A field has been added to allow changes to FICA Status on the Job Request Panel for the action of Data Change. Path: Administer Workforce (U.S.) - Administer Job Change Request - Use - Job Action Requests List box for Rehire transactions The Deptid (agency code) and Employee Status fields have been added to simplify the selection of records Path: Administer Workforce (U.S.) - Use - Rehire - Job Data 1 List box for Transfer requests The Deptid (agency code) and Employee Status fields have been added to simplify the selection of records.
