| Purpose | To inform agency staff that certain records have been archived and new tables have been added to the PS Query database |

OSC had previously announced a plan to
archive data to improve performance in both the Production and PS Query
applications. Data from the following tables has been archived: Pay_CheckPay_Ern_Dist (Pay
Earnings Distribution)Pay_DeductionPay_EarningsPay_Oth_Earns (Pay
Other Earnings)For the Institution pay cycle, rows in these tables with a check date of March 25, 1999 or earlier have been archived. For the Administrative pay cycle, rows in these tables with a check date of March 17, 1999 or earlier have been archived. Refer to the attached chart to locate the tables for the archived data. |
| Agency Action | Refer to the attached chart and select the appropriate table to retrieve data through PS Query from the archived tables for rows with a check date on or before March 25, 1999. |
