Employee Benefit Flag
The PaySR Help Desk started receiving calls last week from employees and a vendor expressing concern that employee benefits for vision, dental and drug programs were not being activated. PaySR Help Desk staff researched the problem and found that agencies were not activating the "Employee Benefit Flag" on the Job Data 2 panel. The "Employee Benefit Flag" defaults to "No Coverage" and must be changed by the appointing agency to begin the coverage. OSC will report the employees benefit coverage to the appropriate vendor based on the selection entered. The agency must enter the selections into PaySR.
