Effective with the paychecks dated May 26, 1999 for Administration payrolls, and June 3, 1999 for Institution payrolls, overtime earnings dates will be reported on the employees Check/Direct Deposit stub. When overtime payments are reported, the dates worked will be displayed adjacent to the overtime earnings description. If multiple overtime dates are reported, they may not appear in chronological order. Also, the year to date (YTD) totals for each overtime earnings type will only be reported on the first line. To address the spacing limitations, the Check/Direct Deposit stub description (see below) will be used when an overtime payment is reported. The long description will be used otherwise. The overtime codes listed below are affected by this change.
