*Affected Employees*	Employees with deduction codes: 323 Jardine Disability 329 Jardine Life Ins 333 Jardine Courts Auto/Home 338 Jardine Judicial Auto/Home 352 Jardine Suffolk County Cea Lif 355 Jardine M/C Auto Home 356 Jardine PBA Auto/Home 365 Jardine Courts Life /Auto/Home
*Effective Date*	Checks dated February 8, 2001 for the Institution cycle and February 14, 2001 for the Administration cycle
*OSC Actions*	For the Institution checks dated February 8, 2001, the above codes referred to as Jardine were changed to JLT on the check/direct deposit stubs. For example code 323 will appear as JLT. The full narrative description should appear on the check/direct deposit stubs and will be corrected with the Administration checks dated February 14, 2001. For example code 323 will appear on the employee’s pay stub as 323 JLT Disability.
