NYSCOPBA has notified OSC that members of
NYSCOPBA are eligible to enroll in four optional insurance programs. The codes
are:

| OSC Automatic Processing | OSC will continue to process a biweekly file to start and/or cancel deductions for these insurance programs. |
| Agency Actions | No action is necessary unless the employee has a change in bargaining unit or is permanently removed from the payroll. In these cases, the agency must end date the deduction. |
