| Eligibility Requirements |
Employees assigned to the winter maintenance program of the Highway Maintenance
Division, and who were called out ten or more times during the season, will
receive payments based on the following:
Employees who were active during the season, but have been inactive since March 31, 2001, will also be paid at this time. |

| Payroll Register and Employee Check/Advice |
The earn code COB and the amount will be displayed on the payroll register and
the employee's check. There will be no direct deposit for this payment. |
