Purpose

To provide an updated listing of Earnings Codes used by agencies for Time Entry and Additional Pay.

Background

This list is updated periodically to assist agency Payroll Officers. In addition to providing the list as an attachment to this Bulletin, the list will be posted in the password-protected section of the Payroll Services Web site. Future updates to this list of Earnings Codes will be provided only on the Web site. Agencies will be notified of future updates via a message on the PayServ Bulletin Board.

Please note that Earnings Codes beginning with X, Y and Z are used only for resident and non-resident aliens.
