OSC Actions
OSC will automatically increase the biweekly deduction for Dues (Code 201) and Agency Shop Fee (Code 212) based on the annual salary amounts as follows:

Note: The annual salary amounts above exclude additional salary factors.
Dues and Agency Shop Fee amounts for part-time, annual salaried employees are calculated on their part-time percentage.
Dues and Agency Shop Fee amounts for employees who receive a raise, increment or longevity pay that is effective after January 1, 2006 will remain at the same amount for calendar year 2006.
Agency Actions
Notify affected employees.
Authorized CSEA Dues and Agency Shop Fee amounts are not adjusted if an employee receives a salary increase. However, agencies must adjust the Dues or Agency Shop Fee amount when an employee’s percentage of time worked changes (i.e. from part-time to full time or vice versa) or an employee goes on Sick Leave at half pay.
