Employees who receive a Direct Deposit Advice statement

OSC Actions

OSC and agencies are collectively charged with the responsibility of protecting the personal information of State employees. OSC will make the following changes to the Direct Deposit Advice statement:

• Account number column has been removed.
• The statement – “Account Number(s) not displayed to protect your privacy” – will be added to the Direct Deposit Distribution block.

The Transit #, Account Type and amount of Deposit will remain in the Direct Deposit Distribution block.
