Purpose

To notify the Unified Court System of the modified eligibility for Deduction Code 398, Bankers Security Group Life.

Affected Employees

Employees in Bargaining Unit DR represented by Court Officers Benevolent Association of Nassau County.

Effective Date(s)

Paychecks dated October 18, 2006.

Agency Actions

Agencies must access the General Deduction CD (Agency) page and enter Deduction Code 398 with the applicable effective date and flat amount.
