To notify the Unified Court System of the modified eligibility for Deduction Code 398, ING Reliastar Life Insurance Company of New York Program (Bankers Security Group).

Affected Employees

Employees in Bargaining Unit SN represented by the Court Attorneys Association of the City of New York.

Effective Date(s)

Paychecks dated February 7, 2007.

Agency Actions

Agencies must access the General Deduction CD (Agency) page and enter Deduction Code 398 with the applicable effective date and flat amount.
