Purpose

To notify the Unified Court System of the modified eligibility for Deduction Code
380, AFLAC Voluntary Supplementary Insurance Program.

Affected Employees

Employees in Bargaining Unit SN represented by the Court Attorneys Association of the City of New York.

Effective Date(s)

Paychecks dated February 7, 2007.

OSC Actions

OSC will automatically process deduction transactions using the Deduction Code
380. 

Note:  The vendor will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations, and/or changes via electronic file.  Agency update access is available for this deduction.
