Purpose

To notify agencies of an automatic Dues and Agency Shop Fee increase pursuant to the Taylor Law (Civil Service Law, Article 14).

Affected Employees

Employees represented by the Citywide Association of Law Assistants in Bargaining Unit SA.

Effective Date(s)

Paychecks dated February 4, 2009.

OSC Actions

OSC will automatically increase the biweekly deduction to $8.00 for Dues (Code 228) and Agency Shop Fee (Code 292).

Notify affected employees.
