Purpose

To notify agencies of an automatic Dues and Agency Shop Fee increase.

Affected Employees

Employees in Bargaining Unit DR who are members of the Court Officers Benevolent Association of Nassau County.

Effective Date(s)

Administration paychecks dated August 31, 2011.

OSC Actions

OSC will automatically increase the biweekly deduction for Union Dues (code 453) and Agency Shop Fee (code 454) to $23.50.

Notify affected employees.
