To notify the Unified Court System of the modified eligibility for Deduction Code 550, Boston Mutual Life.

Employees in Bargaining Unit G9 represented by The Ninth Judicial District Court Employees Association and employees in Bargaining Unit SK represented by DC37 Court, County and Department of Probation Employees Local 1070.

OSC Actions |
At the request of The Ninth Judicial District Court Employees Association and DC37 Court, County and Department of Probation Employees Local 1070, employees in Bargaining Unit G9 and SK will now be eligible for Deduction Code 550, Boston Mutual Life. OSC will automatically process deduction transactions for BU G9 and SK using the deduction code 550.
NOTE: The vendor will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations, and/or changes via electronic file.
