| Affected Employees | Employees in Bargaining Unit SY represented by the New York State Supreme Court Officers Association are eligible for this new insurance program |

| OSC Action | The insurance company offering this new program, Future Planning Associates, will send OSC a biweekly file to start and/or cancel the deduction. |
| Agency Actions | No agency action is necessary because the transactions will be sent directly to OSC by the insurance company and will be automatically processed by OSC. |
