The dues (456) and agency shop fee (457)
deductions will now be determined based on Annual Salary (excludes salary
factors). These employees previously had a $6.00 biweekly deduction. The new
amounts are:
OSC will automatically apply the dues amounts based on the above chart. When pay rate changes are processed on the job panels, OSC will automatically recalculate the employee’s dues/agency shop deductions. If an employee is placed on a Sick Leave with Pay the deduction will automatically be pro rated based on the employee’s percentage. |

| Agency Actions | For future processing, when entering these deduction codes the calculation routine to be used is Flat Amount. The amount to be entered is then based on the above chart. | ||||||||||||||||||||
