| Background | The Chief Administrative Judge in consultation with the UCS Administrative Board provides for maximum salary limitations and withholding policies for unrepresented employees. | ||||||
| Affected Employees |
General salary increase and service
increments will be withheld for certain unrepresented employees earning $75,000
or more as follows: NOTE: Generally unrepresented hourly employees will not be paid the general salary increase. |

| OSC Actions |
Employees who are in grade 560, with a
bargaining unit of 86, 88, or CT and who received a 3.5% salary increase (SAC
row) effective 3/28/02 will have an additional row inserted automatically to
decrease their FTA salary when the following occurs: For graded employees whose general salary increase and/or service increment will be withheld pursuant to the UCS Administrative Board, OSC will insert a row effective 3/28/02 with an Action of Pay Rt Chg and a Reason of RWH (raise withheld). Through a combination of manual and automated processes, OSC will update the FTA salary to:
All rows automatically or manually inserted will have an Increment code of 0402 to reflect the capping. |
