| Background | Pursuant to a recent legal determination, the Salary Withholding Program has been discontinued for non-represented employees in Bargaining Units TC,U2 and U6. |
| OSC Actions |
Effective payroll period 23L/24C, OSC
inserted an Earn End Date on the existing SWP row on the Additional Pay panel to
end the withholding of salary for employees who were going through the Salary
Withholding Program at that time.
The Earn End Dates entered for the earn code SWP were as follows: 02/07/2001, for employees on the 70XX9
lag payrolls Agencies were notified of the affected employees on the Auditor Correction Report. |
| Payback of Salary Previously Withheld | Information regarding the payback of salary previously withheld from non-represented employees will be provided in a forthcoming Bulletin. |
