| Purpose | To explain an automatic rate change of health insurance deductions. |

| OSC Actions | Based on instructions from the New York City Office of Labor Relations, OSC has changed certain health insurance rates. The GHI/BC rate changes have not been finalized at this time. |
| Agency Actions | Notify affected employees. The Employee Benefits office will be providing agencies with the new rate chart. When entering health insurance for employees, agencies must choose the calculation routine "default to deduction table". |
