| OSC Actions | Based on instructions from the New York City Office of Labor Relations, OSC has changed health insurance rates for these health insurance plans. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Agency Actions | Notify affected employees. The New York City Office of Labor Relations will be providing agencies with the new rate chart. When entering health insurance for employees, agencies must choose the calculation routine "default to deduction table". | ||||||||||||||||||
