| OSC Actions | Based on instructions from the City of New York Office of Labor Relations, OSC has changed certain health insurance rates. |
| Agency Actions | Notify affected employees. The City University Benefits Office will be providing agencies with the new rate chart. When entering health insurance for employees, agencies must choose the calculation routine "Default to Deduction Table". |
