Subject	New York City Health Rate Change for GHI Participants
Purpose	To explain the automatic rate change of health insurance deductions.
Affected Employees	Employees with GHI health insurance coverage.
Effective Date	Checks dated November 13, 2003.
OSC Actions	OSC has changed certain health insurance rates based on instructions from the City of New York Office of Labor Relations.
Agency Actions	Notify affected employees. The University Benefits Office will be providing agencies with the new rate chart. When entering health insurance for employees, agencies must choose the calculation routine "Default to Deduction Table".
