Purpose

To notify agencies of automatic Dues and Agency Shop Fee increase.

Affected Employees

Employees in Bargaining Unit TE.

Effective Date(s)

Paychecks dated July 7, 2005 (Institution).

OSC Actions

OSC will identify employees and change the biweekly deduction for Dues (Code 207) and Agency Shop Fee (Code 218) as follows:

Annual employees: $36.08
Hourly employees: $27.12

Agency Actions

Agencies must notify affected employees.
