New Deduction Code 535 (AFLAC – CUNY) for Catastrophic Illness Disability Insurance

Purpose

To notify CUNY agencies of the new Deduction Code 535.

Affected Employees

Employees in Bargaining Units SB, SE, SL, SM, SP, ST, SU, SV, SW, SX, SZ, TS and TT represented by City Employees Union Local 237.

Effective Date(s)

Paychecks dated January 4, 2007 (Institution).

OSC Actions

OSC will automatically process deduction transactions using the new Deduction Code 535. 

Note:  The vendor will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations, and/or changes.  Agency update access is not available for this deduction.
