Dues and Agency Shop Fee Structure Change for DC 37 Local 384

Purpose

To notify agencies of the new dues structure change.

Affected Employees

Employees in Bargaining Unit TH represented by DC 37 Local 384.

Effective Date(s)

Institution paychecks dated June 21, 2007.

OSC Actions

At the request of DC 37 Local 384, OSC has implemented a new dues structure for employees in Bargaining Unit TH with Union Dues (Code 259) and Agency Shop Fee (Code 276).  The new dues structure is as follows:

$23.30 for Annual employees
$12.10 for Hourly employees

Agency Actions

As a result of the dues structure change, the calc routine will change from “DEFAULT TO DEDUCTION TABLE” to “FLAT AMOUNT.”

Notify affected employees.
