General Salary Increases
The Memorandum of Agreement calls for a 1% General Salary Increase effective 8/15/07 for employees with a title of Staff Nurse, Staff Nurse (hourly) or Nurse Practitioner.
Salary increases are to be paid to all eligible Annual and HRY employees who are Active or on a Paid or Unpaid Leave.
HRY Rate and Shift Differential
The Memorandum of Agreement calls for the following HRY Rate and Shift Differential increases:

Educational Differential
The Educational Differential continues to be paid as follows using the Additional Pay earn code AC1:
- Baccalaureate - $300 per annum
- Master’s Degree – an additional $300 per annum
Health Specialty Differential and Uniform Allowance rates that increase effective 8/15/07 will be paid according to previously scheduled annual or semi-annual pay dates. |
