Note: The payroll system’s automatic agency shop edit program defaults to only one (1) agency shop amount for each job code. Due to the use of one (1) job code for multiple levels of the title of Sr. Stationary Engineer, verification of the defaulted amount is required when a Job Data change (i.e. Hire, Pay Rate Change) is processed.
