Increases may be submitted in Pay Period 15C (Institution), paychecks dated 10/21/10.

The increase is effective 10/14/10.

Background

The increase is pursuant to the 2008-2011 Memorandum of Agreement between CUNY and IATSE Local One dated August 6, 2009.

The new rates and other information are contained in a memorandum from Carmelo Batista, Jr. dated August 10, 2010.

Agreement Provisions

The 2008-2011 Memorandum of Agreement between CUNY and IATSE Local One provides for the following increase:
General Salary Increase

Agency Actions

To report the increase, the agency must submit the following requests:

• For all rate increases for employees with a Pay Basis Code of HRY, request a Pay Change with the Action/Reason of Pay Rt Chg/CRT (Pay Rate Change/Change Rate) effective 10/14/10 on the Job Action Request page.
• For all salary increases for employees with a Pay Basis Code of ANN, request a Pay Change with the Action/Reason of Pay Rt Chg/SIC (Pay Rate Change/Salary Increase) effective 10/14/10 on the Job Action Request page.
• A separate request must be made for any subsequent row that exists on the employee’s Job Data page.
