| Annual Salaried Employees: Automatic Increase |
The increase will automatically be
applied to eligible employees who are on step on the 5/1/99 Salary Schedule.
The employees will be moved to the corresponding step on the 10/1/99
Schedule. A row will be inserted into the employee’s Job Data record with:

| Listings: No Automatic Increase |
Two listings will be produced
after Period 13C is processed to identify annual salaried employees who will
not receive the automatic increase in Period 14C: |

| Agency Procedures: |
Exception: If salary is off step because the employee is receiving additional salary due to the Recruitment Retention Initiative, Request a Pay Change, Reason of Cor Fy Sal (CFS) and enter the appropriate 10/1/99 salary.

| Agency Procedures: Annual Salaried Employees Returning after 10/1/99 | The agency must request a Pay Change, Reason of Sal Incr (SIC) on the Job Action Request Panel. | ||||||
| Adjuncts on Contract Pay | Refer to memorandum, dated July 22, 1999, for the calculation of the Fall ‘99 contract. | ||||||
| Adjuncts Whose Pay Basis Code is HRY |
Adjunct employees paid on an hourly
basis will not be increased automatically. The agency must request a Pay
Change, Reason of Chg Rate (CRT) on the Job Action Request Panel effective
10/1/99.
Agencies must break down the
earnings when entering the Earn Code RGH in the Time Entry Panel. The
breakdown must be as follows: |
