How are P-Bulletins Distributed?

Links to the P-Bulletins are emailed directly to each agency's designated payroll staff. If you wish to receive P-Bulletins, please email payroll@osc.state.ny.us and ask to be placed on the distribution list. The subject line for all P-Bulletins when distributed is OSCPBulletin.
