Employees Affected:   Investigators and Senior Investigators
                               in Bargaining Unit 62
Investigators and Senior Investigators in bargaining unit 62 are entitled to a $500 Drug Training Stipend or a $500 Metro Training Stipend.

The Agency Payroll Office may begin to process these transactions in June using the earn code DTS - Drug Training Stipend or MTS - Metro Training Stipend to pay eligible employees. These are to be processed through the Time Entry Panel as follows:

Earning Code
Amount 		Enter: Pay Period Begin Date
Enter: Period Paid End Date
Enter: DTS or MTS
Enter: Payment Amount

Payments will be included in the employee’s regular check based on your agency submission dates.

Payroll Register/Check Stubs

The appropriate earn code (DTS or MTS) and amount will be displayed on the Payroll Register and the employee’s check or direct deposit advice.
