Background
The Holiday Bonus for employees in NU 07, 17 and 62 will be made by separate check along with the regular check for Period 17 Lag and 18 Current, dated December 8, 1999. The separate check will not be direct deposited.
Processing Instructions
To pay eligible employees in NU 07, 17 and 62, use the earnings code HBO. This should be processed through the Time Entry Panel with the following entries:

For any separate check payment, if an employee has an additional tax amount in their record, the additional tax will be deducted in both the regular check and the separate check.
The appropriate earn code and the amount paid will be displayed on the check stub.
