| Payment Amount and Eligibility Criteria |
The Holiday Bonus Pay shall be four days
pay for employees in Bargaining Units 07,17, and 62 who are in active status on
November 7, 2001. Eligible employees on an approved leave without pay on the eligibility date are entitled to the payment provided they return to the payroll within one year of the eligibility date. Employees on Military Leave as a result of the September 11, 2001 events may receive this payment immediately. The Holiday Bonus Pay is pensionable and not included in the calculations of overtime. |
