| Subject | 1999-2000 Emergency Response Payment for Employees Represented by the Police Benevolent Association (PBA). | ||||||||
| Purpose | To notify the Division of State Police of the procedure for processing the Emergency Response Payment. | ||||||||

| Payment Date | Payments may be submitted in 23L, check dated February 27, 2002. | ||||||||
| Contract Provisions and Eligibility Criteria |
Chapters 8, 9, & 10 of the Laws of
2001, provides for an annual Emergency Response Payment for members in
Bargaining Units 07 and 17. Members who were assigned to the Y2K detail and were active on January 1, 2000 are eligible for payment. The amount of the payment is $201.82 (BU 17) and $214.59 (BU 07). |

| Payroll Register and Employees Check/Advice | The earn code EMR will be displayed on the payroll register. The earn code description, Emergency Response will appear on the employee's check stub or direct deposit advice. | ||||||||
