period 1 when reporting transactions for employees in grade 704 or grade 707:
For Pay Changes, Position Changes, and Transfers requested on the Job Action Request or Transfer Request panel, with an effective date on or before 3/28/02, the agency must NOT include the 3 ½% increase in the salary rate reported in the Pay Rate field. OSC will automatically apply the 3 ½% increase effective 3/28/02.
For Pay Changes, Position Changes, and Transfers requested on the Job Action Request or Transfer Request panel, with an effective date after 3/28/02, the agency must include the 3 ½% increase in the salary reported in the Pay Rate field.
For employees who are on a leave without pay or on a leave with pay with a Reason of military stipend on 3/28/02 and are returned from leave after 3/28/02, the agency must submit the Action of Pay Rt Chg on the Job Action Request panel, effective the date of the return.
