Subject SUNY Salary Increase
Purpose To explain the processing plans for the $27.00 salary increase for SUNY employees 
Affected Employees Active, full-time employees in Bargaining Units 08 and 41 with the Pay Basis Code CAL and 21P
Effective Dates 8/19/99 for employees with pay basis code 21P
9/1/99 for employees with pay basis code CAL
Automatic  Processing Information OSC will automatically insert a row in the active employee’s Job Data record with:

 Pay Rt Chg
Reason SAC (Mass Salary Increase)
Increment Code 0096. Used to identify employees who may be eligible for a one-time payment to be paid in October.
FTA Salary New increased salary

 OSC will:

insert this row after 9/15/99 (the agency cut-off date for Period 12L) for checks dated 9/29/99.
automatically calculate any retroactive adjustment due the employee

Listings OSC will produce a list of employees who received the increase automatically and will send it to the agencies.
