| Eligibility Requirements |
Across-The-Board
Discretionary Increase: To
be eligible for the April 1, 2001 increase, an employee in an eligible
bargaining unit must be on the payroll March 31, 2001 and active at the time of
payment, April 11, 2001. This
increase in basic annual salary is not applicable to amounts that may be
received for meritorious service. Discretionary

| Agency Responsibility |
Each agency will be
required to complete an M/C across-the-board discretionary salary increase
roster in Employee ID order. In addition, in
preparation for the July 1, 2001 M/C discretionary increase, SUNY System
Administration requests that each campus submit a separate discretionary
increase roster at this time. To process
across-the-board discretionary increases in pay period 1L, agencies must enter a
Job Action Request with the action of PAY RT CHG, Reason Code of CFS (COR FY
SAL) and the effective date 03/29/01. To process discretionary increases in pay period 7L, agencies must enter a Job Action Request with the action of PAY RT CHG, reason code SIC (SAL INCR) and the effective date 07/01/01. |
