Subject Salary Limitation for SUNY Management/Confidential (M/C) Across the Board Discretionary Increase
Purpose To amend processing instructions stated in P-Bulletin SU-70.
Salary Limitations The Across the Board Discretionary Increase payment is limited only to M/C employees earning less than $75,000. M/C employees earning less than $75,000 may receive a discretionary increase up to the $75,000 maximum.
Effective Date The payment will be processed in Administration pay period 2L, in the paycheck dated May 8, 2002, and is retroactive to March 28, 2002.
Eligibility Criteria The eligibility criteria remains unchanged. Employees in an eligible bargaining unit must be on the payroll March 28, 2002 and active on April 10, 2002 at a salary less than $75,000.

Eligible employees who go inactive on or after April 11, 2002 are eligible for the payment retroactive to March 28, 2002.
Agency Actions Each agency will be required to resubmit an M/C across the board discretionary salary increase roster that only includes M/C employees earning less than $75,000.
Payroll Register and Employees Check/Advice The retroactive adjustments will be displayed on the payroll register and the employee's pay stub or advice.
