| Effective Date | The payment will be processed in Administration pay period 7L, paycheck dated July 17, 2002, and is effective July 1, 2002. |
| Board
Resolution and Eligibility Criteria |
The SUNY Board of Trustees resolution of
May 31, 2000 provides for a discretionary increase effective July 1, 2002. To be eligible to receive a discretionary increase, an employee must have been employed as a management confidential employee prior to the effective date of payment (July 1, 2002), and must be employed as a management confidential employee at the time of actual payment (July 3, 2002) at a salary less than $75,000. M/C employees earning less than $75,000 may receive a discretionary increase up to the $75,000 maximum. |
| Agency Responsibility and Processing Instructions |
Each agency will be required to complete an
M/C discretionary salary increase roster in Employee ID order. Rosters must be signed by the appropriate College President and forwarded to SUNY System Administration. To process discretionary increases in pay period 7L, agencies must enter a Job Action Request with the action of PAY RT CHG, Reason Code SIC (SAL INC) and the effective date 07/01/02. |
