Purpose |
To provide agency procedures for processing payments.
|
Affected Employees |
CSEA employees in the Operational Services Unit (Bargaining
Unit 03) in the Department of Transportation.
|
Background |
Pursuant to Chapter 103 of the Laws of 2004 which implements
payment of the Call-Out Response Payment.
|
Effective Date(s) |
Payment will be made in a separate check dated June
14, 2006, Pay Period Administration 4L.
|
Eligibility Requirements |
Employees assigned to the winter maintenance program of the Highway
Maintenance Division and who were called out ten (10) or more times
during the season will receive payments based on the following:

Employees who were Active during the season but have been Inactive
since March 31, 2006 also will be paid at this time.

Payroll Register and Employee’s Check |
The Earn Code COB and the amount will be displayed
on the payroll register. The earnings description, Call Out Bonus,
will appear on the employee’s paycheck stub.
There is no direct deposit for this payment.
